Our Reporting Approach The PRT Group Sustainability Report outlines our environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments and the progress we’ve made, taking into account the expectations of our stakeholders. It provides a transparent account of the Group’s economic, environmental and social performance in relation to material topics, those most relevant to our stakeholders and most representative of the Group’s impacts. This is the fifth edition of PRT Group’s Sustainability Report. As a company operating in the printing and graphic communications sector, we have drafted this Report with reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards published in 2021 and their subsequent updates. The 2024 edition of the Report was published on the 10th of December 2025. The data and information presented follow the core principles of GRI 1 and cover the reporting period from 1 January to 31 December 2024. To ensure year-on-year comparability, the Report includes data for the 2022–2024 period, and, where available, for the five-year period 2020– 2024. To keep the Report concise and easy to navigate, we have developed a Methodological Note which contains detailed technical information that is not essential to the main narrative. It includes a breakdown of the materiality assessment methodology, detailed insights into each material topic, comprehensive ESG data for the Group from 2020 to 2024 (where available), the GRI Content Index, with a dedicated section highlighting interoperability with the ESRS standards introduced by the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Although PRT is not yet subject to mandatory CSRD compliance, this approach allows us to align progressively with its requirements and strengthen our reporting process year after year. The Sustainability Report is published annually, ensuring regular and up-to-date disclosure of the Group’s ESG performance. For any questions or additional information, please contact us at: info@prtspa.com. The scope of the 2024 Sustainability Report This Report covers PRT Group S.p.A. and its subsidiaries: PRT Visual S.r.l. (100% owned) and PRT France S.a.s (98.63% owned). For clarity, when we refer to “PRT Group S.p.A.” or “PRT S.p.A.”, we mean the parent company, which includes the production site in Beinasco and offices in Milan, Rome and Florence. Conversely, “PRT”, “the Group” or “PRT Group” refer to the consolidated group, encompassing PRT S.p.A., PRT Visual S.r.l. and PRT France S.a.s. Sustainability Report 2024 Page 3
Letter to the stakeholder Dear readers, this fifth Sustainability Report comes in a year in which we have consolidated many of our choices and, with honesty, acknowledged where we need to accelerate. Our direction is clear: to turn innovation into shared value: measurable for customers, people and communities. Our strategy remains anchored in five pillars: digital innovation, environmental sustainability, data quality and security, people empowerment, and strong local roots; which guide every operational and investment decision. On the environmental front, our results confirm the soundness of the choices we have made: in 2024, the Group’s energy consumption decreased further, with a 23% reduction in Scope 2 emissions and 96% of paper and envelopes sourced as FSC®/PEFC-certified. We also continue to recycle almost all of the waste we generate. These are tangible achievements, enabled by more efficient technologies, leaner processes, and a structured approach to circularity. Not everything is yet where we want it to be: in 2023–2024, we were not able to maintain the 100% renewable electricity sourcing that we had achieved in 2022. For this reason, we launched the process to enable on-site photovoltaic self-generation in Beinasco, a project to be completed in 2025 and expected to cover approximately 30% of our annual needs, and we have planned a purchasing policy that will restore a stable share of electricity backed by Guarantees of Origin. At the same time, 2024 marked a decisive step forward: we drafted and published PRT S.p.A.’s Climate Strategy, which sets quantitative targets to progressively reduce our emissions, reaching Carbon Balanced status by 2030 and full Net Zero by 2050, in line with the ambition of the Paris Agreement. This is a public and measurable commitment, guiding us in turning our energy choices into a concrete decarbonisation pathway. When it comes to people, our approach remains pragmatic: clearer welfare initiatives, targeted training, and a Gender Equality journey launched with the goal of certification in 2025. We continue to invest in health and safety, while strengthening governance and capabilities in key roles. These choices improve the quality of everyday work and the quality of service we deliver to our customers. Integrity and rules: our Code of Ethics remains our compass. In 2024, we extended our reporting channels to all stakeholders. Once again this year, we record “zero”: no reports submitted through the procedure, none from ANAC related to the tenders we participated in, and no corruption proceedings. It is a “zero” that matters, because it is built on solid processes, targeted training (particularly on anti-corruption), and shared accountability. Riccardo Pesce Chairman, PRT Group Page 4 Sustainability Report 2024
Our supply chain is an extension of our values. We strengthened our Responsible Purchasing Policy, qualification and review systems, and incentive criteria for key certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, SA8000, 37001; and for IT also 27001 and 42001). Our sourcing remains predominantly European, with a strong Italian core, and our partnerships with suppliers translate into shared improvement plans on quality, safety and sustainability. Creating value locally also means being part of networks that matter. In 2024, we actively contributed to IPN Global, Unione Industriali Torino, FESPA, Assografici and DMA/Xplor, sharing concrete cases on sustainable printing, data & AI, logistics efficiency, and new codes of conduct for direct mailing. These are the spaces where standards are shaped, trends are anticipated, and better rules are built for everyone in the sector. Giving back is a responsibility: we supported organisations generating measurable social impact: Fondazione Gruppo Abele, Fondazione Piazza dei Mestieri, Students for Humanity; because corporate responsibility does not end with a balance sheet, but with staying close to those who need it most. Looking ahead, our course is set. In 2025 we will complete the photovoltaic system, continue transitioning our fleet towards hybrid/electric vehicles, finalise the migration to the new ERP to enable more robust and datadriven processes, and define measurable climate targets at Group level, rigorously expanding the scope to include emissions across our value chain. We do not promise perfection: we promise commitment, method, and transparent reporting of both progress and delays. This is how we aim to earn your trust, year after year. Thank you to everyone who supports us on this journey: customers, suppliers, people, partners and communities and to those who rightly challenge us to always go one step further. It is the only way to remain true to our roots while, together, building the future. Sustainability Report 2024

1.3.1. PRT Group S.p.A. - The core of the Group PRT S.p.A. is the parent company and the operational heart of the PRT Group. Founded over a century ago as an art printing house, today it is far more than a historic company, it is a technology partner supporting businesses and institutions in managing complex, large-scale communication processes. By transforming data into secure, multichannel, and highly personalised communications, it bridges the gap between tradition and innovation. Our mission is clear: to design, manage and distribute mandatory, legal, informational, or regulatory communications across all channels, ensuring secure archiving and supporting the digital transformation of our clients and public institutions with full traceability, quality, and sustainability at the core. Page 18 Sustainability Report 2024
1.3.1.1. The value chain and its key areas of impact The following section illustrates the operational model and value chain of our core business, Customer Communication Management (CCM), which seamlessly integrates the two main pillars of PRT’s expertise: printed communication and digital communication services. This model reflects how PRT S.p.A. plays a key role in a virtuous cycle where paper, an intrinsically circular material, and energy represent the essential resources driving our operations. Paper accounts for around 85% of the raw materials purchased (by weight) and is therefore a strategic component of our activity. Given its significance, we place particular emphasis on responsible sourcing, partnering primarily with mills that supply FSC® and PEFC certified paper. In doing so, we actively support ecosystem protection, reforestation, and continuous forest regeneration. Circularity is at the heart of our approach: recovered paper is sent back to mills for reuse in producing new paper and cardboard. Further details on this circular model and the chain of custody are available in the chapter “3. Busting paper myths”. In parallel, our digital services, hosted on on-premise servers at the Beinasco site, ensure efficient workflows and integrated management of clients’ multichannel communications. To further reduce the energy impact of our IT infrastructure, we are installing photovoltaic panels across all available roof areas enabling clean energy self-production and making our digital transformation even more sustainable. The value chain is illustrated in the following infographic: Sustainability Report 2024 Page 19

Key: We offer recyclable solutions that support the paper supply chain through a circular approach. 96% of the waste generated by PRT S.p.A. is sent for recycling. For further details, please refer to sections 3.1.2 (Myth No. 2) and 3.2.2 of the 2024 Sustainability Report. We apply a Responsible Purchasing Policy to promote shared values across the supply chain. For further details, please refer to section 5.2 of the 2024 Sustainability Report. We source from local suppliers to reduce transport distances and foster strong, mutually supportive relationships. In 2024, 91% of our procurement was sourced from local suppliers. For further details, please refer to the 2024 Technical Appendix. We purchase paper primarily from European paper mills, in order to reduce transport distances compared to non-European suppliers. In 2024, 90% of the paper purchased came from European paper mills. For further details, please refer to sections 3.1.2, 3.2.2 and 5.1 of the 2024 Sustainability Report. We purchase certified paper, supporting forest regeneration. In 2024, 96% of the paper purchased was FSC® or PEFC certified For further details, please refer to section 3.1.2 (Myth No. 1) of the 2024 Sustainability Report.
1.3.1.2. Four business lines, one proprietary platform PRT S.p.A. provides a comprehensive suite of print and digital communication solutions, offering clients total control across all communication channels — from document composition, printing, enveloping, and dispatch to the development of innovative, interactive applications powered by Artificial Intelligence and Business Intelligence. To meet the diverse needs of our clients, spanning banking, insurance, utilities, automotive, and public administration sectors; we have built a proprietary software ecosystem that connects data, technologies, and physical and digital media in a fully integrated way. Our infrastructure is structured around four interlinked business lines, ensuring coherence, traceability, and quality throughout the entire production and delivery cycle. Page 22 Sustainability Report 2024 A. Direct Mailing and Business Communication The creation, personalisation, printing, enclosing, and mailing of documents represents the cornerstone of PRT’s operations: the space where industrial capacity meets datadriven personalisation to deliver precise and impactful communications. At our Beinasco production site (Turin), state-of-the-art offset and digital lines operate alongside automated enveloping systems, ensuring quality and reliability even during peak production periods. This is the operational core where technology meets craftsmanship, transforming raw data into personalised communications such as invoices, account statements, payment reminders, and official notices, making us a trusted partner for banks, insurance companies, utilities, automotive firms, and public institutions. Each project is managed with an end-to-end approach: we collect data, process it, turn it into meaningful content, and deliver it through the most suitable channel, ensuring security, accuracy, and full regulatory compliance. In an increasingly digital world, tangible communication has not lost its value. In fact, it has gained more meaning. A well-designed letter or printed campaign can create a memorable, direct, and human connection. That is why we continue to invest in Direct Mailing, convinced that personalisation and design remain powerful tools to strengthen relationships between brands and their customers, generating measurable results in attention, trust, and engagement.
In 2024, PRT S.p.A. launched a series of major investments to enhance production capacity and improve energy efficiency. 1.3.2. PRT Visual S.r.l - Visual solutions for events, retail and interior decoration 1.3.2.1 The value chain and its key areas of impact PRT Visual is the Group company dedicated to image management and large-format digital printing. Across its two production sites, operating since 2023 in Padua and the surrounding area, the company delivers high-impact visual projects, from event installations to modular stands, lightboxes for retail, and interior decoration, blending creativity with advanced printing technologies on rigid, flexible, adhesive, and sound-absorbing materials. The use of innovative, eco-friendly materials is an integral part of our approach. Below is an overview of PRT Visual’s operational model and value chain. Its production activities take place in specialised plants that integrate advanced technologies and departments dedicated to printing, cutting, tailoring, and light carpentry. Unlike PRT S.p.A.’s paper-based core business, PRT Visual mainly works with textiles, PVC, and aluminium, materials that differ significantly in terms of impact and circularity. The value chain is illustrated in the following infographic: Page 32 Sustainability Report 2024

DISPOSAL Shipments are managed through external logistics providers. ALLUMINIUM: recycled, recyclable and reusable PVC: material with greater recycling complexity FABRIC: recyclable OTHER MATERIALS AND GOOD Our products made with fabric are recyclable and can be reused in the aluminium profile structures. Thanks to its modular structure, aluminium can be reused in new set-ups, supporting circularity. Progressive reduction of material waste and production scrap through process digitalisation and the optimisation of startup phases, enabling more efficient use of resources. We source from local suppliers to reduce transport distances and foster strong, mutually supportive relationships. In 2024, 85% of our procurement was sourced from local suppliers For further details, please refer to the 2024 Technical Appendix. Transport optimisation through the use of fabric products and packaging rationalisation projects, resulting in reduced GHG emissions. Safety, wellbeing and training are the foundations of our commitment to our people. 1.3.2.2. Visual impact, responsible processes PRT Visual was established in 2023 through the integration of Kimiprint (large-format printing) and Absolutex (fabric printing), consolidating the Group’s offering in Visual Communication. The year 2024 marked a period of optimisation and technological enhancement, driven by the adoption of more modern and sustainable processes. The integration of digital tools such as MES, Pre-flight, a Product Configurator, and MRP systems has streamlined production flows, significantly reducing errors, waste, and consumption. Today, the supply chain is fully integrated, enabling precise order tracking and continuous improvement of the OTIF (On Time In Full) indicator — a clear sign of enhanced punctuality and delivery quality. Production capacity has also been strengthened with the full commissioning of the new Piove di Sacco plant, complementing the historic Padua site. The facility includes a large warehouse and new production lines for aluminium processing, allowing in-house manufacturing of lightboxes, frames, and tubular textile structures. This has substantially reduced dependence on external suppliers while improving control over material sustainability. The machinery fleet, combining UV printing technologies for rigid and flexible substrates with light-solvent, water-based, and sublimation systems, alongside cutting, tailoring, and light carpentry departments, now supports a broader, more diversified offering. The result is a production model capable of delivering customised, low-impact products that meet the evolving needs of each client. MES Pre-flight Product Configurator MRP (Manufacturing Execution System), enables real-time management and monitoring of every production stage, improving both efficiency and quality. a prepress automation system that eliminates errors and ensures files are ready for production. allows clients to customise their projects while automatically generating all required technical. specifications (Material Requirements Planning), optimises material needs and inventory management. It also eliminated the need for 75,000 m² of protective paper per year, contributing to a more circular use of resources. As part of its Lean Transformation, the company reduced material waste from 40% to 30%, with a target of 26% by 2025. Accurate production flow monitoring continues to improve efficiency and reduce set-up waste. With its young, creative team, PRT Visual has consolidated its role as a strategic image management partner, not merely a supplier of displays or modular exhibition structures, but an ally capable of transforming clients’ ideas into tailored, sustainable, high-impact decorative experiences. 1.3.3. PRT France – Print management and passion for sustainability 1.3.3.1. The value chain and its key areas of impact PRT France serves as the Group’s strategic hub in the French market. Active since 2005, it has established itself as a trusted technology partner for both private companies and public institutions, offering integrated communication solutions and a distinctive model of intermediation between clients and industrial production partners. Below is the operational model and value chain of PRT France. While its core business and product portfolio mirror those of PRT Group S.p.A., its business model and value chain differ, as PRT France operates exclusively as a commercial office, outsourcing production to partners such as PRT S.p.A. This model highlights PRT France’s role within a virtuous cycle, where paper, an inherently circular material, remains the central resource. Starting from 2024, PRT France completed its FSC® and PEFC certification process for the purchase of certified paper, actively promoting reforestation and the continuous regeneration of forests. Further details on paper circularity and the chain of custody can be found in Chapter “3. Busting paper myths”.
