In 2024, we strengthened four pillars—meal vouchers, a performance-related bonus, a company car scheme and supplementary health insurance—making eligibility criteria and benefits simpler and more accessible. A working group was set up to renew the 2024–25 bonus scheme, increasing its value for all employees through clear, linear and achievable parameters.
