SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2024

The Sustainability Report is intended for all PRT stakeholders, both internal and external, identified through a structured process aimed at considering all entities that interact with and contribute to the Group’s activities. For PRT, dialogue with stakeholders is a core element of responsibility and transparency. It enables us to understand expectations and needs, strengthen trustbased relationships, and integrate these insights into the definition of our corporate strategies. Stakeholder engagement activities take place through a variety of listening and communication channels, ranging from meetings and partnerships to events, surveys, digital tools and institutional channels (the Group’s website and social media). These tools allow PRT to gather continuous feedback and translate it into strategic, operational and sustainable innovation choices. PRT stakeholders were identified and mapped by top management through an approach that distinguishes between internal and external stakeholders. The following representation illustrates the main stakeholder groups, highlighting their central role in the Company’s life and development. Page 44 Sustainability Report 2024 2.2.
