SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2024

Alongside established certifications, in 2024 PRT Group launched a concrete pathway towards obtaining UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality certification, aimed at creating inclusive, fair and respectful working environments. The project involved all company functions and followed a structured and participatory approach. Key actions included: Analysis of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 requirements, indicators and objectives; Establishment of a Steering Committee, to coordinate activities and monitor implementation; Drafting of required documentation, integrated with existing procedures; Planning of company-wide training and awareness initiatives; Assessment of risks related to harassment and misconduct; Selection of an accredited certification body. Achieving Gender Equality certification in 2025 will be a visible milestone, but even more important is the cultural change we are promoting: a workplace where everyone feels recognised, valued and protected. Women represented 29% of middle management in 2024 (36% in 2023), highlighting the need for continuity over time. From a generational perspective, 14% of middle managers are under 30 and 36% are aged 30–50, providing a solid basis for future development in leadership roles. In 2024, PRT also proactively joined the DEA project (Digital, Equity, Action – STEM for Women) promoted by Fondirigenti, aimed at fostering inclusive corporate cultures and reducing the gender gap in STEM disciplines. 4.3.
