Visual impact, responsible processes PRT Visual was established in 2023 through the integration of Kimiprint (large-format printing) and Absolutex (fabric printing), consolidating the Group’s offering in Visual Communication. The year 2024 marked a period of optimisation and technological enhancement, driven by the adoption of more modern and sustainable processes. The integration of digital tools such as MES, Pre-flight, a Product Configurator, and MRP systems has streamlined production flows, significantly reducing errors, waste, and consumption. Today, the supply chain is fully integrated, enabling precise order tracking and continuous improvement of the OTIF (On Time In Full) indicator — a clear sign of enhanced punctuality and delivery quality. Production capacity has also been strengthened with the full commissioning of the new Piove di Sacco plant, complementing the historic Padua site. The facility includes a large warehouse and new production lines for aluminium processing, allowing in-house manufacturing of lightboxes, frames, and tubular textile structures. This has substantially reduced dependence on external suppliers while improving control over material sustainability. The machinery fleet, combining UV printing technologies for rigid and flexible substrates with light-solvent, water-based, and sublimation systems, alongside cutting, tailoring, and light carpentry departments, now supports a broader, more diversified offering. The result is a production model capable of delivering customised, low-impact products that meet the evolving needs of each client.
