SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2024

Ethics and integrity of our people Sustainability Report 2024 Page 101 To further strengthen transparency and integrity, in 2024 PRT updated its whistleblowing system, extending the possibility to submit reports to all stakeholders—not only employees. A dedicated channel was activated on the company website, designed to be simple and confidential, enabling protected reporting. Suppliers and customers may also use a direct email channel by writing to reclami@prtgroup.eu, an inbox that can receive any type of complaint. Throughout 2024, as in previous years, PRT did not receive any whistleblowing reports, nor any from ANAC (the Italian National Anti-Corruption Authority) in relation to tenders in which we participated, nor any legal proceedings initiated for corruption involving Group companies. This outcome confirms the robustness of our processes and the integrity of our people, while also reinforcing our awareness that the ability to report safely remains a crucial safeguard to protect the company and its stakeholders. Internally, the culture of business ethics is further reinforced through training hours on anti-corruption topics, delivered to roles considered most exposed to risk (particularly in sales and administrative functions). In this way, whistleblowing procedures and dedicated training activities not only ensure regulatory compliance, but also help consolidate a transparent and responsible workplace, grounded in mutual trust and integrity of conduct. 5.1.1.
