In 2024, we launched the transition of our accounting and production ERP system, carrying out several assessments and dedicated training sessions for the Administrative Department. The full data migration is scheduled for 2025. This project will enable a significant step forward in our operational processes and data analysis capabilities, allowing us to redesign end-to-end workflows to improve cycle times, reduce errors and address hidden costs. With the new ERP system, we will integrate administration, production, supply chain and sales into a single platform, featuring more user-friendly interfaces and guided processes. This will support adoption across different functions, standardise procedures and ensure data reliability for management control purposes. Builtin dashboards and analytics will allow real-time monitoring of process progress, production bottlenecks and order-level margins, accelerating decision-making and enabling timely corrective actions. From a compliance perspective, the new ERP will strengthen security and business continuity through enhanced backup systems, access traceability and patch management, ensuring consistent alignment with privacy requirements as well as with BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and document management services. To support this transition, we have launched a structured, role-based training programme, supported by departmental key contacts who facilitate onboarding and collect feedback for continuous optimisation. In parallel, data cleansing activities are underway to improve dataset quality ahead of migration, preventing the propagation of inconsistencies in KPIs. The expected impact is tangible: faster financial closings and automated reconciliations; more accurate production and warehouse planning and traceability; a more streamlined order-to-cash process; and real-time visibility on performance and customer service levels. These benefits also translate into improved operational sustainability, through reduced rework and more efficient digital processes. 4.4.
