PRT manages its material topics through an integrated approach that combines policies, certifications and operational practices. This system enables us to address, in a structured manner, the most significant impacts for the Company and its stakeholders, supporting sustainable management that brings together environmental, social and economic dimensions. With the aim of translating corporate values into concrete actions, the Integrated Policy has been drafted. This policy encourages all employees to understand and apply its principles. It is a key document that guides behaviours and internal processes, strengthening the Company culture around quality, safety and sustainability. This policy is supported by certified management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, integrated into a single framework that enables consistent coordination of quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection. To make this integration more effective, the Company adopted an Integrated Management System Manual, which optimises processes, simplifies audits and streamlines monitoring and continuous improvement activities. Alongside these measures, PRT introduced specific tools to strengthen ethical and social governance, such as the Anti-Corruption Policy, the SA8000 Social Responsibility Policy, and the Code of Ethics, which serve as reference points to ensure fairness and transparency across all activities. The Responsible Purchasing Policy also fits within this approach. It makes the supplier selection process clearer and more transparent, supporting alignment with ethical, social and environmental standards across the entire value chain. All 16 certifications obtained must be maintained through a periodic renewal process, which demonstrates PRT’s concrete commitment to the continuous improvement of its processes. Specifically: Renewal audits were carried out for FSC® (Responsible Forest Management System) and PEFC (Sustainable Forest Management System), confirming our attention to ensuring controlled-impact management of the paper supply chain. New projects and certifications in 2024 The ISO 27001 certification was renewed, transitioning from the 2013 version to the new 2022 version, named ISO 27001:2022 “Information Security, Cyber Security, and Privacy Protection”. This step allows the Company to further structure inclusion policies, talent attraction and skills development, integrating them into the corporate governance system. At the same time, it reinforces the commitment to Diversity & Inclusion and supports the objective of promoting a fair working environment, valuing people, and turning gender equality into a lever for competitiveness and innovation. PRT France carried out its first FSC® and PEFC audit for the purchase of certified paper from paper mills, thereby supporting forest regeneration through the procurement of this key raw material for our business.
