Artificial Intelligence is changing the way processes are designed, work is organised and value is created. Yet no technology can transform a company on its own.

People are the ones who make it happen.

Guided by this belief, PRT has decided to join the STEM by Women association and become a partner company of the Humanize Master’s programme. Promoted by Politecnico di Torino with the support of Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo, the programme was created to train a new generation of professionals capable of combining humanities, organisational and technological expertise.

It is the first Master’s programme in Italy to approach Artificial Intelligence from a deeply human-centred perspective. It brings together graduates from disciplines including psychology, philosophy, political science, communication and the social sciences, with the aim of preparing them to steer AI-driven organisational innovation.

For PRT, joining the programme represents another step in its corporate transformation strategy.

In recent years, the Group has embarked on a significant journey of technological evolution, investing in the development of proprietary platforms, Artificial Intelligence and process digitalisation. This evolution now requires new skills, new forms of language and new professional profiles capable of supporting change from within the organisation.

Our Human Resources team is actively involved in the Master’s programme, contributing to the dialogue between academia and business and providing a real-world project for students to work on. Following the matching process between companies and students, the selected candidate will join PRT to develop the project work with the support of a company tutor and will progressively engage with the different functions involved in the project.

The goal goes beyond an internship.

PRT aims to create an environment in which new talent can make a tangible contribution to the organisation’s evolution, bringing new expertise in AI, the digitalisation of HR processes and the development of a modern Digital Employee Experience.

We know that the skills that will guide businesses in the years ahead are being developed today. PRT has chosen to play an active role in this constructive exploration.
