A significant step forward for gender equality in the workplace
We are delighted to announce that PRT S.p.A. has obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification – the official recognition of our genuine and ongoing commitment to gender equality.
But this is more than just a certificate: it’s the outcome of a real journey, made of choices, concrete actions and shared engagement.
We began by signing the Charter for Equal Opportunities and Equality at Work and from there, we went further. We involved everyone at PRT in a widespread training programme led by an expert in labour law and inclusion, with the aim of building a more respectful and aware corporate culture together. We also took part, with conviction, in the DEA Project – an initiative that enabled us to exchange ideas with other companies and bring our own perspective to the topic of workplace equity. Most importantly, we embedded Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) policies into our corporate strategy.
We firmly believe that embracing differences, promoting pluralism, fostering an inclusive environment are key drivers of innovation, competitiveness and the well-being of all PRT people.
This certification marks an important milestone – but also a new beginning. We will continue to work every day to build an organisation that is increasingly fair, inclusive, equipped to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow.
