In 2024, PRT took a significant step towards a more equitable and inclusive working model by launching the process to obtain the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality certification, involving all company functions. The initiative included the establishment of a Steering Committee, dedicated training activities, a review of internal documentation, the assessment of specific risks (harassment and discrimination), and the definition of indicators and continuous improvement objectives. We recognise that the path towards full gender equality is still ongoing: our commitment is to reduce the gender gap not only across the overall workforce, but also at senior and decision-making levels, promoting a more balanced representation in leadership roles. To support this journey, PRT joined the DEA – STEM for Women project, which helps companies understand and address the gender gap in digital and technical skills, promoting tools and practices that foster broader and more informed female participation in STEM fields. 4.2.
