PRT’s relationship with local communities is grounded in responsibility, integrity and transparency. The Code of Ethics guides behaviours, rights and duties for all stakeholders — employees, suppliers, customers and partners — and incorporates the principles of SA8000, safeguarding workers’ rights, health and safety, and non-discrimination. In 2024, the Whistleblowing system was extended to all stakeholders, with a dedicated channel on the corporate website and protected email addresses for managing reports. Once again, no reports were received, either internally or from ANAC, confirming the robustness of PRT’s processes and the value of a governance framework that fosters mutual trust and operational transparency.
