With regard to ESG matters, the Managing Directors of PRT Visual S.r.l. and PRT France S.a.s., together with the Board of Directors of PRT Group S.p.A., are responsible for decision-making and for overseeing the management of each company’s economic, environmental, and social impacts. They are supported by dedicated functions for the operational management of these topics. The Board of Directors of PRT Group S.p.A. also ensures consistent direction and alignment in managing ESG impacts at Group level. PRT Group S.p.A. has established an HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) Department, responsible for managing the company’s 12 certifications, related policies, due diligence processes, and other activities to identify and address ESG risks, impacts, and opportunities. The HSE Office regularly reports results and any non-conformities to top management, which reviews and approves the proposed improvement actions. The Group has also appointed an ESG & Strategy Manager, responsible for defining the sustainable development strategy, coordinating ESG reporting and performance management, and supporting the HSE team in managing environmental, social, and governance impacts across the Group. PRT France has set up an ESG & QSA (Quality, Safety and Environment) office, with responsibilities analogous to those of the HSE Department at PRT Group S.p.A., including the definition of the subsidiary’s sustainability strategy. The management teams of each company review and approve ESG reports, strategic plans, objectives, and related actions on a regular basis. They are also directly involved in defining and validating material topics. To strengthen collective knowledge, skills, and experience on ESG issues, PRT Group S.p.A.’s senior management and key managers attended two 80-hour training courses focused on sustainability. The courses covered major impacts, risks, and opportunities linked to sustainable development, with a particular emphasis on climate change and on the importance of ESG reporting and data collection for effective business management.
