74 PRT GROUP /SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2021 Employees are guaranteed access to labor medicine services, during working hours, at the PRT Group’s premises or at reference medical centers according to specific needs. Safety measures adopted by the Group over the years allowed – during the period 2019-2021 – to record only three cases of injury, none of which with serious consequences. Injury rate, calculated according to working hours, is 1.26 in 2021. In the above-mentioned three-year span, PRT France recorded no cases of injury. 2021 was a year that was still affected by the pandemic. PRT Group had already put in place measures aimed at virus containment during the previous year, and it kept following a health safety policy according to periodical decrees issued by the Italian government. Therefore, protocols drafted in March 2020 were updated according to the evolution of the pandemic and, starting from the 15th October 2021, a periodic check of vaccination certificate was introduced for employees, partners and visitors, according to the norms in force. Despite the general improvement of the pandemic, PRT allowed employees who were able to work from home in an efficient way, to continue working in such a mode.
