67 PRT GROUP /SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2021 The pathway envisages the constant support of Lean experts and is composed of three different steps that will affect the company for three years: - Year 1: Mapping – Analysis and process elaboration. - Year 2: Testing and Execution – Test and evaluation phase. - Year 3: Training and Monitoring – Implementation and monitoring. Within the Lean Transformation, project, PRT adopted a software for the management of human resources. Integration will be implemented in two steps, the first of which has already been completed. - First step: database installation and filling. As of today, the platform is already operational and it is possible to check each employee’s general data. Compared to the previous management, the main advantage is that all processes regarding staff management have been computerized; so, the Human Resources Manager’s task is simpler, as well as the Administrative Office’s. - Second step: integration of additional modules (suite). This step will allow to enrich each employee’s profile with more detailed information about their experiences and training. Implementation will take about six months and completion is expected by the end of 2022. This platform allows to greatly simplify the overall management of staff in all aspects, and is included in the wider PRT’s Lean Transformation project. In particular, the platform will bring many advantages, such as: - Allowing the company to have a wider picture of each employee’s competences. - Detecting possible issues from an individual and a process-based point of view. - Allowing to conceive an action plan aimed at solving issues through specific training courses. At a general level, the main advantage brought by this project is an overall improvement to the company, where all employees contribute through their commitment and sense of responsibility.
