59 PRT GROUP /SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2021 It was developed following an in-depth dialogue with banks, insurance and energy companies which were eager to communicate with their customers. They wanted to reach them on their tablets or smartphones through interactive solutions allowing to create some “calls to action”16 in order to hold a bilateral communication with their customers. This kind of solution can go hand in hand with paper communication, since in a marketing strategy both tools promote interaction with customers and are fully effective without causing conflict nor overlapping. Within PRT Group, there are 2 key sectors promoting this change: - The Sales department, that is the contact point with customers, and is therefore crucial to get new information, detect interests and analyze needs. - The IT development area, in charge of developing products. The team carried out the technical structure of the Dynamic Document with the contribution of PRT Group’s graphic designer who created the graphic interface – a more and more important element in terms of user experience, because it is involved in the final product that is eventually used by customers. Sustainability is a crucial issue within this evolution and innovation process. To know one’s customers and select the most effective engagement tools among communication solutions, means to streamline investments and prevent the waste of resources. In the close future, the PRT Group’s project envisages another step, in order to go beyond a mere proposal of communication solutions. As a matter of fact, our goal is to become a partner in high-value projects, making the company able to provide strategic counselling for a well-performing use of all type of communication and interaction with final customers. In 2021, PRT aimed at completing the projects developed within the company and at its customers’. The latter task required most of our care, especially because of the need to evaluate the best interaction mode with already-existing systems. The goal is still to expand the range of services and innovative solutions, yet in a gradual way while consolidating what is already in place. In terms of development, great attention was paid to the evolution of the 3Cs platform, being aware that everyday work was subject to constant change according to technology evolution and the customers’ specific requests. Such platform reflects PRT’s marketing strategy from a technical point of view; our goal is to offer a range of comprehensive solutions to allow our customers to build an innovative, exclusive and – above all – effective customer experience. 16 Visual clickable element that pushes users to make an action.
