After making traditional communication its strong point, PRT decided to include digital solutions among its proposals. The use of data is at the core of marketing strategy. So, Sm@rt Document (Dynamic document) and Vide@ (Personalized Video) came to light; along with SMS, DEM and the landing page, they provide a dashboard for the management of Omnichannel communication solutions. PRT Group provides added value to its customers, and this is the chance to monitor the results of campaigns addressing their users in a customer area called 3Cs (Customer Communication Control). The goal is to give a breakdown of interactions – both successful and failed ones – in order to allow customers to redefine, each time, their engagement strategy to address users. Some strategic partners help enrich the Group’s solutions package, by developing innovative customizable platforms that are ready to use, such as the Virtual Assistant which takes advantage of the potentials offered by AI. The Dynamic Document is an example of digital project, an innovative tool standing as a revolution for a company that was used to the static nature of paper communication.
